At Cityscape Qatar, Qetaifan Projects and JMJ Properties signed a memorandum of understanding to develop a mixed-use complex on Qetaifan Island North, covering 25,000 square meters with a QAR 600 million investment.
The agreement, signed by His Excellency Sheikh Nasser Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani and Sheikh Jabor Bin Mansour Al Thani, marks a significant collaboration in real estate development. Concurrently, Hesham Sharaf of Qetaifan Projects committed to RICS’ international sustainability standards, reinforcing the project’s dedication to global real estate excellence.
