Doha, Qatar – 15 October 2025: JMJ Group Holding has successfully concluded its participation in Cityscape Qatar 2025, marking the third consecutive year of involvement in the nation’s premier real estate exhibition — and the first time the Group has presented its developments in a standalone pavilion. Held from October 12–14, 2025 at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Center (DECC), the event drew strong interest from investors, partners, and industry professionals.
This milestone participation underscored JMJ’s growing influence in Qatar’s real estate sector and its commitment to creating sustainable, design-led communities. The Group’s independent booth featured several of its flagship developments, including:
Visitors experienced JMJ’s Immersive Experience Room at its main booth (H2.D01) and explored The Grove through interactive Virtual Reality at the Qetaifan Projects booth (H2.D10), both of which garnered significant attention.
As part of the Qatar Real Estate Forum, JMJ participated in several key talks and discussions. Highlights included a guest lecture by Zaha Hadid Architects’ Associate Director Juan Ignacio Aranguren on “The Art of Innovation: How Zaha Hadid Architects Transforms Cities and Experiences”; a panel discussion titled “New Destinations in Qatar: From Vision to Reality” featuring Sheikh Jabor Bin Mansour Bin Jabor Al Thani; a lecture by Mangera Yvars Architects’ Co-founder Ada Yvars Bravo on “Designing for Sustainability and Cultural Identity”; and an expert lecture by Mr. Sean Park, Founder and CEO of EnergyX, titled “Building Smarter: Innovations for an Optimized and Sustainable Tomorrow.”
