JMJ Group Holding is thrilled to announce a landmark partnership with Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), the award-winning architectural and design practice, for our Qetaifan Island North project in collaboration with Qetaifan Projects.

Zaha Hadid Architects will design innovative multi-use buildings on seven medium-rise land plots along the southern waterfront of Qetaifan Island North. According to Zaha Hadid Architects Board Director, Mr. Gianluca Racana, the MoU combines collective strengths in design and vision to create a unique, luxury living experience born out of sensitivity towards the planet and which embraces a new era of technological innovation. The development’s design would cultivate a strong sense of community, connect residential and urban environments, and represent the future of luxury living so that the investors’ and residents’ experiences can be elevated beyond their highest expectations.

JMJ Chairman Sheikh Jabor bin Mansour Al Thani views this MOU as a step towards transcending traditional boundaries in urban design and elevating investment potential in Qatar’s real estate landscape.
